1. a non refundable deposit is paid (we will discuss the amount based on your event) AND

2. This form is submitted.

The non refundable deposit can be made with Venmo - @fiestafacepaint by using your name and booking date. If you need an invoice please let the us know. A card payment link can be provided in the invoice.
